Located on Yas Island, Etihad Arena is the UAE’s largest indoor multi-purpose entertainment venue, designed to host world-class concerts, sporting events, and cultural shows. The arena’s architecture blends functionality with dynamic design, featuring sweeping glass façades that maximize natural light and visual connectivity with the surrounding waterfront.
To meet the project’s structural and energy performance goals, a combination of advanced façade systems was utilized, including the SL50 Curtain Walling System, the SG50 Structural Glazing System, and the 63TT Thermal Break System. These solutions provide excellent thermal insulation, weather resistance, and design flexibility — all essential for a venue of this scale and profile. Together, they contribute to the building’s modern aesthetic while supporting long-term energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
