On Saturday 14 October, AluK MEA took part in the Swim Run event organised by IGNITE Pink is Punk to support breast cancer patients, raise funds and spread awareness.
The event took place at the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and consisted of a 600m swim followed by a 3km beach and pavement run.
In total, AluK MEA will donate €486 to the Al Jalila Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting medical education and research in the United Arab Emirates. All funds raised during the event will be used to provide direct support to breast cancer patients and their families and to fund research.
