On Saturday, 7 February 2026, colleagues from AluK Middle East, together with their family members, proudly participated in the 2026 Cancer Run in Dubai, organised by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. This meaningful community event raises awareness and offers support to individuals and families affected by cancer.
❤️ Running in Solidarity
The Cancer Run brings people together to stand with cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, and loved ones — promoting unity, compassion, and the importance of living an active, health-conscious lifestyle. Participants ran in solidarity, turning every step into a message of hope and support.
A Sunrise Start With 4,500+ Participants
The run began at sunrise, before the heat of the day, creating an energising and inspiring atmosphere. More than 4,500 participants gathered at the start line — families, athletes, survivors, advocates — all united under a shared purpose.
To make the event inclusive, multiple race distances were offered, welcoming runners of every fitness level and age group.

Our AluK Middle East team joined the 5 km race, pushing through exercise challenges, steady running, and plenty of good moments along the way. The event was filled with positivity, teamwork, and shared motivation, making it a memorable experience for everyone involved.
