Designed to offer flexible and efficient workspaces, the building enhances Nairobi’s evolving skyline with a clean and contemporary architectural presence. Its façade plays a key role in defining the building’s identity while supporting performance and durability.
For this project, AluK’s AW86 curtain wall system was used to deliver a unitised façade solution suited to high-rise construction. The system allows factory-fabricated units to be installed efficiently on site, supporting faster construction timelines while maintaining consistent quality.
The façade combines performance and aesthetics, providing reliable thermal and weather performance alongside a refined external appearance. The use of a unitised system also contributes to improved installation safety and efficiency, making it well suited for commercial developments of this scale.
